DESCRIPTION

DOOR LEAF DESIGN:

The frame of the door leaf with a thickness of 40 mm is made of glued solid pine, covered with a HDF plate, followed by veneering with natural oak veneer. The lining of the canvas is made of solid oak. The filling of the lower part of the canvas is combined (timber + honeycomb).

Certified European-made paint and varnish materials are used as the finishing coating of door panels: Becker Acroma (Sweden), Feyco (Switzerland), Milesi (Italy).

The canvas is completed with one-piece satin-finished glass 4 mm thick. Other glass options are possible in agreement with the production, or according to the price list.

The panel of the canvas is made of MDF with subsequent veneering with natural oak veneer.

Standard sizes of canvases: height - 2000mm, width – 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm

DOOR FRAME CONSTRUCTION:

The door frame is made of glued solid pine in combination with a stabilizing layer of MDF and further veneering with natural oak veneer, the height of the standing boxes is 2100mm, the depth of the box is 80mm. Set of 2.5 pcs. The height of the box is trimmed at the installation location.

Angles under 45 degrees on the cross beam of the box are cut at the factory. 

CONSTRUCTION OF PLATBANDS AND CORNICE:

Platbands are made of glued solid pine with subsequent veneering with natural oak veneer.

The height of the standing platband is 2150mm, the length of the transverse platband is 1070mm, the width of the platband is 85mm. A set of 2.5 pcs. for a single-floor door and 3 pcs. for a double-floor door. The height of the standing and the width of the transverse platband is trimmed at the installation site.

Types of platbands: Flat, Curly.

The thickness of the platband is 13 mm.

It is made in size.

NOTES:

All door panels can be used for installation on sliding systems, as well as as double-floor doors. Door blocks are not equipped with locks, hinges and handles.
