The model is for those who appreciate the natural texture of the texture and the integrity of the image, completed with a single plane of canvas and platbands.

DESCRIPTION

DOOR LEAF DESIGN:

The door panels of the ULTRA collection are assembled using the technology of a detailed assembly - all parts (racks, crossbars, panels) are made separately. The posts and crossbars of the frame are filled with a glued array of coniferous wood. The surface of each part is covered with HDPE and shrouded in natural oak veneer. All the details of the door leaf are carefully sanded, which allows you to get rid of roughness and, thereby, achieve a smooth surface of the finished product. Certified European-made paint and varnish materials are used as the finishing coating of door panels: Becker Acroma (Sweden), Feyco (Switzerland), Milesi (Italy), Helios (Slovakia).

DOOR FRAME CONSTRUCTION:

• ULTRA collection models are available in sizes 2000x400/600/700/800/ 900x40 mm;
• three painting options;
• accessories (included in the price of the door leaf).

CONSTRUCTION OF PLATBANDS AND CORNICE:

The platbands are made of glued solid pine with subsequent veneering with natural oak.

The height of the standing platband is 2150 mm, the length of the transverse platband is 1070mm, the width of the platband is 85mm. A set of 2.5 pcs. for a single-floor door and 3 pcs. for a double-floor door. The height of the standing platband and the width of the transverse platband are trimmed at the installation site.

Types of platbands: Flat, Curly.

The thickness of the platband is 13 mm.

NOTES:

All door panels can be used for installation on sliding systems, as well as as double-floor doors. Door blocks are not equipped with locks, hinges and handles.

MOUNTING DIMENSIONS OF GOLDEN DOOR BLOCKS

• Standard sizes of canvases: 2000 x 600/700/800/900 mm.
• The canvas size of 2000 x 400 mm is provided only for models U-005 and U-011. The price is standard.
• To calculate the cost of mouldings for double-leaf blocks, it is necessary to add 20% to the cost of mouldings for single-leaf blocks.
• The inset on the door blocks in enamel is full-fledged (lock, 2 hinges) - respectively, the canvas and boxes are "right" (R) or "left" (L) on opening.
• Production period: 1.5 calendar months (33 working days).
