The door panels of the ULTRA collection are assembled using the technology of a detailed assembly - all parts (racks, cross-sections, panels) are made separately. The racks and crossbars of the frame are filled with a glued array of coniferous wood. The surface of each part is covered with HDPE and shrouded in natural oak veneer. All the details of the door leaf are carefully sanded, which allows you to get rid of roughness and, thereby, achieve a smooth surface of the finished product. Certified paint and varnish materials are used as the finishing coating of door panels European production: Becker Acroma (Sweden), Feyco (Switzerland), Milesi (Italy), Helios (Slovakia).
Door frame construction:
• ULTRA collection models are available in sizes 2000x400/600/700/800/ 900x40 mm;
• three painting options;
• accessories (included in the price of the door leaf).
All door panels can be used for installation on sliding systems, as well as as double doors. Door blocks are not equipped with locks, hinges and handles.
The set of a single-leaf door consists of:
1. Standard size canvases - 1 piece.
2. Boxes of 80 mm- 1 set.
3. Telescopic platbands on one side- 2.5 pieces.
4. Hidden Armadillo loops -2 pieces.
5. AGB Mediana Polaris lock and counter bar.
