DESCRIPTION

 DOOR CONSTRUCTION:

The frame of the door leaf 40 mm thick is made of glued solid pine, covered with HDF board, followed by veneering with natural oak veneer. The layout of the door leaves is made of solid oak. Filling of the bottom cross-bar - combined (timber + honeycomb).

As finishing coating of door leaves certified European-made paints and varnishes are used: Becker Acroma (Sweden), Feyco (Switzerland), Milesi (Italy).

The leaves are completed with 4 mm thick satin glass. Other glass options are possible in agreement with the production, or according to the price list.

The panel of the leaves is made of MDF, followed by veneering with natural oak veneer.

Standard sizes of door leaves: height - 2000mm, width - 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm        

DOOR FRAME DESIGN:   

The door frame is made of glued solid pine in combination with a stabilizing layer of MDF and further veneered with natural oak veneer. The height of the frame stile is 2100 mm; the depth of the frame is 80 mm. Set 2.5 pcs. The height of the frame is cut during the installation.

Angles at 45 degrees on the transverse stile of the frame are cut at the factory. 

STRUCTURE OF TRIMS AND CORNICE:

Trims are made of glued solid pine, veneered with natural oak.

The height of the load-bearing trims is 2150 mm, the length of the transverse trim is 1070 mm, and the width of the trim is 85 mm. Set includes 2.5 pcs. for a single door and 3pcs for a double door. The height of the load-bearing trims and the width of the transverse trim are cut during the installation.

Types of trims: flat, figured.

Trim thickness 13 mm.

The cornice is made of MDF veneered with natural oak. It is designed for installation at the top of both blocks of a single door and a double door on the transverse trim.

It is made in size.

NOTES:

All door leaves can be used for installation on sliding systems, as well as double doors. Door blocks are not equipped with locks, hinges and handles.
