The model is for those who appreciate natural texture and entirety of the image of one level of door leaf and trims.
DESCRIPTION
CONSTRUCTION OF THE DOOR LEAF:
Door leaves from collection ULTRA assembled by CKD technology-all elements (stiles, cross-bars, panels) are made separately. Stiles and cross-bars of the frame are filled with glued solid of softwood. Each detail is covered with HDF and oak veneer. All parts of the door leaf are polished to avoid grains and get perfectly smooth surface. For finishing of the door leaves only certificated paints and varnishes from European brands Becker Acroma (Sweden), Feyco (Switzerland), Milesi (Italy), Helios (Slovacia) are used.
Door leaf construction:
- • Models from ULTRA collection are available in sizes 2000х400/600/700/800/900х40 mm;
- • Three color options;
- • hardware (included into the cost of the door leaf).
CONSTRUCTION OF TRIMS AND A CORNICE:
Trims are made of glued solid pine and veneered with natural oak.
Height of the stile trim 2150 mm, length of the cross trim 1070 mm, width of the trim 85 mm. Set of 2.5 pcs. is for a single door and 3 pcs for a double door. Height of the stile trim and width of the cross bar are cut during installation.
Types of the trims: Flat, Figured.
Width of the trim is 13 mm.
Cornice is made of MDF and veneered with oak. It can be installed on the top of both aingle door block and double one on the cross trim.
Produced within size.
NOTES:
All door leaves can be installed as sliding systems and as double doors. Door blocks are not fitted with locks, hinges and handles.

- Fully-featured inserting in enameled door blocks (lock, 2 hinges) - door leaves and door frames - "right" (R) или "left" (L) by opening
